Monica brings over 20 years of experience to the Building and Real Estate Industry where she served as the Director of Member Services at the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA). Monica managed key areas of the association and staff including membership, special events, marketing, chapter and council services and corporate relations. During her time at HBA she and the staff were awarded the HBA Presidential Award in 2009 and 2015.

As an accomplished multifaceted professional in the building and real estate industry, she is collaborative and focused with a keen ability to establish, engage and nurture clients with a positive attitude to achieve client goals and provide timely responses to meet tight deadlines.

Along with her solid marketing, communication, and negotiation skills she has significant industry knowledge and has networked with many key players in the metro Atlanta area. By having this network she is able to provide superior service. As an agent Monica understands that buying and selling a home is one of the biggest and most stressful decisions in a client’s life and she is more than capable to guide her clients through the process.

When she is not helping clients find their beautiful home, Monica feeds her soul by giving back to the community through service with, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc, where she is an active member, listening to good music and spending quality time with family and friends all while sharing her favorite bottle of wine.
