Karleen began her career in real estate with Champion Real Estate in 1999 and then moved on to find what she saw as her niche in the new homes market. As a new construction onsite real estate agent with one of the industry’s top companies Morris & Raper, Karleen worked on multiple new homes development projects from dirt to close out in communities ranging from 150 - 300 homes.  After mastering the art of new home sales Karleen moved on to “In Town Market” and “The Loft Industry” and added that to her accomplishments.

Karleen continued her real estate career with Metro Brokers also known as Better Homes & Garden.  She became Metro Brokers/GMAC Top 100 Agents in 2001, 2002 and 2003 with sales topping, 5.6 Million Sold.  She amassed multiple awards including Summit Club-2002, Million Dollar-2002, and Medallion-2001. Her real estate accomplishments, knowledge and experiences prepared her to step out on her own in 2003.  With the support of her spouse Eugene, she developed and designed her own commercial business office building and established of “The Mural Offices.” Karleen continued to strive for excellence in real estate by returning to real estate.  This landmark property in the historic Edgewood community is headquarters for her real estate brokerage Atlanta Real Estate Consultants. She represents a wide range of clients from sellers, buyers, investors, churches, to non-profit organizations in all areas of Atlanta and its surrounding counties. As a wife, mother of two and personal chef she brings broad experiences and talents to the real estate realm.
